Beware the Ides of MODO! In what seems like a natural progession following Brad Peebler’s visit last year, Portland’s CG community is about to see what MODO can *really* do. This is not a fluff session with canned marketing hype. Welcome to the deep end of the pool.
And with that, please be forewarned that this is for heavy CG heads and will be no holds barred, not for the squeamish. James Darknell, MODO’s Training Manager, makes for a formidable opening act for a headliner so big, we aren’t even allowed to say his name yet without getting approval in writing from a few more folks. With the short notice on this one, we decided to pull the trigger on the announcement and will have to update with more info ASAP. What more can we say, other than save the date and block out the time for the MODO Rigging Master Course author. (ahem, google is your friend)
Needless to say, if you’ve been waiting to see a more technical demo that shows off the intricacies and power of a deep 3d app like MODO when it comes to rigging complex animation, the wait is over.
